We Are What We Think ...
All that we are is the result of what we have thought;
it is founded on our thoughts, it is made up of our thoughts.

If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him, as
the wheel follows the foot of the ox that draws the carriage.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought;
it is founded on our thoughts, it is made of our thoughts.

If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought,
happiness follows him like a shadow that never leaves him.

Karma
Karma is not something complicated or philosophical.

Karma means watching your body,
watching your mouth, and watching your mind.

Trying to keep these three doors as pure as possible
is the practice of karma.

Watch your thoughts, for they become words.

Watch your words, for become actions.

Watch your actions, for they become habits.

Watch your habits, for they become character.

Watch your character, for it becomes your DESTINY.
